Easy to adjust Pressure Regulator !!
Reasonably priced and easy to adjust, works great, as must have if you own an RV.

Failed after 5 uses
Unit failed after 5 uses. Leaded excessively from day one pressure regulation was OK but excessively leaked no matter how many rubber washer installed. Found Crack in body.

Cracked in 3rd week of use.
Easy to install and use. Worked well for three weeks. Then developed a small crack in body of valve. Was using at 30 psi and temperatures never approached freezing.

Accurate and easy to adjust
I checked the pressure gauge by comparing it to another pressure gauge. They had the exact same reading regardless of how open or closed the faucet was set. Simply turning a dial by hand permits getting the ideal pressure needed. I needed a lot of pressure for my impact sprinkler head, but anything over 60psi could blow the fittings on my irrigation pipes apart. Set at 58psi, works great ! No worries.

It works for our tankless water heater
We purchased this because our campers tankless water heater kept going on and off with hot water while we shower. Now it is keeping up.

Easy to dial-in the pressure you need, and the dial is easy to read
I have only 1 complaint. It has a sticker that informs you to turn the brass screw in the + direction to increase the pressure, and in the - direction to lower the pressure. Well ... there is no brass screw, only a black plastic knob, and nowhere, besides the sticker, are there any marking indicating + or -. You just have to turn the black knob and see which way the dial moves.

Increased flow
I couldn’t find any info on flow specifications or recommendations so had to buy taking a chance it was better than in-line pressure regulators with preset pressures. In fact this does have a much larger ID allowing larger volume of water at any given pressure. Another problem I was having was pressure build up in your plumbing while in-line regulators were not in use. This improved resistance of leak by pressure, my guess, 90%. Overall I find this regulator worth the investment and the ability to adjust pressure is great to fine tune. A++
