Makes my life easier:
Not sure what the negative reviews are talking about tbh, there's been a fee software updates and every works perfectly for me. I feed my cats twice with this machine and one myself wet food at night. It's made my life so much easier and I dont wake up to my cats nagging me for food. I don't bother buying the deccadant bags it's pointless. Would recommend to anyone with cats, it's all very sturdy and my cats don't knock it over.

Feeding time redefined: Technology meets feline care
The PETLIBRO Automatic Cat Feeder with Camera has revolutionised the way I care for my two cats. This isn't just a feeding machine; it's a comprehensive system that puts my mind at ease and keeps my cats happy. The setup was a breeze, even with my limited tech skills. The app is intuitive and provides complete control over feeding schedules, portion sizes, and even voice recordings to call my cats for their meals. This feeder truly excels in its camera functionality. The 1080P HD video with night vision provides a crystal-clear view of my cats during feeding time, whether I'm at home or away. It's reassuring to see them enjoying their meals and knowing that everything is running smoothly. The real-time voice feature allows me to interact with my cats, which is a lovely touch. They seem to appreciate hearing my voice, even if it's through a speaker. The added features like the low food sensor and blockage alerts give me peace of mind. I no longer worry about running out of food or a potential jam causing a missed meal. The motion and sound alerts are also helpful, notifying me of any unusual activity around the feeder. Since using this, my cats have settled into a comfortable routine, and I've noticed a reduction in their anxiety around mealtimes. It's been a fantastic investment that has simplified my life and improved the well-being of my cats. If you're looking for a smart and reliable way to manage your cat's feeding, I highly recommend the PETLIBRO Automatic Cat Feeder with Camera. It's a game-changer for any cat owner.

Not reliable and therefore cannot be used if u plan to go away for more than one day
I was excited to get this cat feeder as it is a nice looking and compact solution for feeding 2 cats. It seemed like a real upgrade on my current setup of two large individual feeders. Although it is very expensive, it listed some promising sounding features, like a proper failed feed detection system that identifies if no food comes out, good options for portion control and 5ghz WiFi connection so no messing around with the router if you have a combined 2.4ghz & 5ghz channel setup. After reading the reviews I really had high hopes for this product, but unfortunately I have had to return it.The most fundamental feature a cat feeder has to have for me is reliability, and this product in my opinion is not reliable. After using it for a few weeks, I was very disappointed to have to admit that there was absolutely no way I could go away for a couple of days and leave my cats with just this feeder as their source of food. It just wasn’t reliable enough. That meant I would have to have a backup feeder which almost entirely defeats the object of this feeder for me. It also made me realise that although it’s a nice idea having a combined 2in1 feeder as it takes up a lot less space, my original setup of 2 separate feeders is actually essential if planning to go away for more than a couple of days, because it’s critical to have that separation so that if one unit fails, I can just double the portion size on the second unit and know my cats will be getting their food until I can make it home. The other issues I had this product are as follows:The portion size is displayed in grams. But the food is definitely not dispensed by weight. This is therefore quite misleading. As a lot of dry cat food manufacturers give portion guidelines by weight, it makes it confusing and increases the likelihood of mistakes being made because people will think if they set the feeder to dispense a portion of 20g that it will dispense 20g of food, but it won’t.In addition to the misleading and incorrect claim that portion size is dispensed by weight, after numerous tests using my very accurate kitchen scales, the actual weight dispensed from one portion to another can change from 15g to 20g, which is a 25% difference and that to me is unacceptable, as you can’t provide your cat with the correct diet if there is no way of knowing whether you are feeding them 75g a day or 100g for example! My other big concern with the feeder once I had set it up, was the noise the motor made and the unbelievably slow speed the feeder would dispense the food. When the motor was trying to dispense the food, it would sound soo underpowered!Every time it started I was sure the motor wasn’t going to be able to finish dispensing the portion, because the motor would struggle to turn so much and then stop, then it would start again but be struggling right from the second it starts and then would grind to a hault again. This would continue until it had stopped and started about 4 times, and my cats would be sat waiting for the food to gradually be dispensed so they could eat it!I just cannot feel confident that this feeder isn’t going to stop working at any moment, which means I can’t rely on it if I want to go away for a few days, and I also am certain that there is no way this feeder could last more than a few months making that sort of noise, and for a product positioned at the very premium end of the market, I really shouldn’t be worrying that it is going to break soon when I have only just got it out of the box! There are lots of really positive things about this feeder, including the look and feel of it, the build quality seems great except for the ridiculously underpowered motor. I like the idea of the feeder being able to categorically tell me if food failed to dispense. It was easy to set up and get connected to the WiFi. I also found the app easy to use. This product has soo much potential, it is such a shame it has been let down by some poor decisions to cut production costs and marginally increase profits. If they put a decent motor in this that could handle the load it needs to to dispense the food in a timely way, it would be a much stronger contender as a real option to automate feeding in a way that is reliable and you can trust. To make it a really standout product that would warrant it’s hefty price tag, they could mount the hopper assembly on a digital measuring scale sensor so the weight of the food could be tracked and then portions could really be set via weight which would be so useful for most people, and the feeder would always know 100% if a food portion had been delivered successfully, partially or not at all. Also the owner would be able to keep track of exactly what weight in grams was dispensed for every feed, meaning they can see and be sure the correct weight of food is being dispensed all the time. It would also enable very accurate alerts for when the hopper will need to be topped up. It seems so obvious to me with all the benefits I have listed, yet someone decided that a system which claims to dispense portions based on weight but doesn’t, and uses a system that dispenses an arbitrary amount of food based on the size and weight of the kibble pieces which produces a margin for error of 25% was a better option 🤷🏼If they were to make these changes I would definitely buy another one to see if it was really as great as it could be 😊

When you're late from work...
PETLIBRO Automatic Cat Feeder comes with a camera which I love a lot about this feeder! So far I've been using this feeder to keep my cats fed on time when I am running late from work. Having used this feeder for over 2 months I must say I've not experienced any issues.Food is dispensed on time, the app is super easy to use and set up. We have fantastic Wi-fi around the house as we have a lot of wireless devices and just like with everything else we have, we have not noticed any connectivity issues.Admittedly the feeder makes a little bit of a noise when it is about to dispense food but frankly it's nothing I would consider to be an issue. My cats are so used to the noise that whenever they hear it they run to the feeder. The whole device looks really smart. The built quality is good especially for the price. Camera comes with nightvision and the picture quality is pretty good. I love watching my cats chomping on their food whilst I am away. The longest we have left our cats with the feeder being the main source of food was overnight. I don't believe any kind of machine should be a getaway option. Although we've not had any failures I wouldn't trust any of them not to fail.Good price, quality camera, brilliant back up plan for feeding your cats.

Ok product not fantastic
The automatic feeder is good. It dispenses ontime without hiccup however I find trying to load the app up to view the camera is extremely slow, and most of the time doesn't load up unless you are at home on the same network, plus doesn't include an SD card. So personally I would save your money and go for just the feeder itself, without the camera option.
