This powder did not dissolve with the "shake well" method it says to do. Could not get smooth consistency, it remained clumpy after vigorous shaking, had to chew clumps while trying to drink it. Also, the seal strip was defective and could not close the bag using the seal. First package I received was damaged with a rip in the packaging, seller replaced it with this one only to have a damaged seal. Trying to return for refund. Will not order again.

Cancer / keto patients: This contains whey protein not pea protein— not good for cancer protocols or diets. (Anabolic) My bag is sitting on the counter unopened. Should have read the ingredients more closely. My bad.

Love itttttt:) satisfied, great taste! No craves:) I only use 1 1/2 scoop and it keeps me full for about 6 hours.. I Work in an office, so for an active person it might wear off sooner, so they might get hungry earlier than the 6hrs. Buying it again :)

This is my new favorite tasting shake. Just add 4 to 5 oz of water and you have Yummyness.

If your looking for a meal replacement that actually satisfies this is it. Performs just as advertised.

Nasty.. I could make a much better shake to meet my needs! Honestly I bought this for convience and just wasted my money. Hopefully I can return. Disappointed.
