I think it works but only for a short time. I love the calming sensation and the smell is heaaavenly. Light and fragrant is how I would describe it.I usually get really bad cramps and it definitely eases the discomfort, but not like how I imagined it would. I still need my heating pad to really get the cramps to subside.I wanted to give this 5 stars, but soothing cramps??? mmmmm ehhhh might be a but of a stretch. BUT SERIOUSLY THAT SCENT I love it so much!

I regularly use Plant Therapy's other products but I have another brand for a PMS blend. There are definite pros about this body oil. Since it is a body oil, this is super moisturizing so it would be great to apply right after a shower or bath to really hit 2 birds with one stone. Treat your skin and pms symptoms!Sunflower oil is super moisturizing and beneficial for the skin so I really like that it is the base for this oil, at the same time because it is moisturizing you really need to make sure and not use too much or really massage it into your skin before getting dressed or else you will have oil streaks on your clothes.I actually was able to use this at that awesome time of month and test it out. It does leave your skin nice and supple. I felt a slight soothing, almost pleasant tingly feeling on the areas that I applied it too. It was very mild and though it did feel 'slightly' better, just took the slight edge of dull pain away. I am pretty sure if you use this in conjunction with a heating pad...it will feel even better.The scent is mild but the dominant smell to me is the palmarosa and some of the citrus scents. I don't mind the scent since I am very familiar with all these essential oils and it is light enough that you could just wash your hands after application if you really did not like the scent.

Very lightly scented body oil. My skin absorbed it well, it did not leave me feeling greasy. I like that it comes in a pump bottle, less mess and the less mess at this time of the month the better. I don't know if it eased my cramps, but it did lift my mood and helped my skin feel nourished. Simple ingredients "only sunflower oil and essential oils" and the range of added essential oils is vast. Too many to list but the ingredients list is a lovely read.

At first, I didn't like the scent, but it quickly grew on me. It smells very organic and fresh. The scent is calming and soothing. It's quite a unique and lovely scent. I actually like just inhaling the scent off my hands as it helps my mind to feel at ease. I love the packaging and branding. The dark amber glass bottle is very nice and a good size. It dispenses by pumping it into your hands so you can easily apply it. I just rub it into my skin and it quickly absorbs without leaving any sticky feeling. I have sensitive skin, and so far this has not caused any skin reaction or problems. I do feel like it helps ease stomach cramps, or at least it seems to. The oil consistency is quite nice and a little seems to go a long way. This is a great product and I'm enjoying using this for self care.
