Flora Original makes fantastic pastry if 50% Flora and 50% Lard or if you prefer suet. Suet really makes a lovely change.

Okay for vegans. Buttery was better.
I buy this as the buttery now contains buttermilk. Sad that other companies are moving forwards with plant based products- Flora is going backwards. I think they were ahead of the curve with the plant based trend and if they had hung on would now see much higher sales. This is ok but buttery was fantastic.

its got palm oil in it ...
didn't like that its main ingredient is palm oil...even if it is 'sustainably sourced' there's too much palm oil in everything

Flora are sadly anti-vegan
When I bought this, it was just before Flora caved to a couple of pathetic complaints that this tasted different since it when vegan so they were putting the buttermilk back in. Delivery etc was good, the review is for Flora being sad and pathetic.

No more struggling with hard butter easy spread flora
I switched tin this flora from butter I use it on toast and sandwiches mainly as it is easy to spread

Lovely rich spread.
You can tell the difference between this and cheaper stuff. Really brings crackers, rice cakes, and/or toast to life. C'est magnifique! (French for magnificent)
