This is before using the wand and then after using it for one week. I can see it starting to soften my wrinkles and lessen my eye bags. I use it on the lowest setting, because I don't like the way it feels any higher. It somewhat shocks on the higher settings. I use it for about five minutes. I'm satisfied with my purchase and will continue to use it. I give it four stars because I touched the wand with my hand while the machine was on and and it shocked the crap out of me ... plus, like I said, on the higher settings, it's pretty uncomfortable. But so far I'm finding it effective.

On the description it says “brand new in the box” but it looks like it’s been used already. Take a look at the picture and tell me if it’s new!

Instruction were written in broken English. One of the wands didn’t work, so I sent it back. My advice to company, not the customer...proof read your material. Typos are expected, but grammatical errors are not acceptable.
