This product is easy to take, gentle on the stomach and very effective. I'm very happy with it.

I bought the Ultra strength Probiotics from Naturelo for my 82 year old mother, she has to take a daily antibiotic for a chest condition that she has and was always in trouble with systemic Candida, I had suggested that she take a pro-biotic, so she bought some from a high street chain and they didn't really help much, I can't remember now haw many million bacteria they contained, but again, not effective, but as a pensioner, she was reluctant to spend her pennies, so I ordered these for her, they came the next day and she started taking them.I asked her yesterday how things were going as I was doing my reviews and she hasn't been troubled by the very sore mouth, in fact, she thinks the Candida cleared up very quickly after starting with the Probiotic and avoiding yeasty foods and dairy. Very pleased.

I was really skeptical before taking these as I have never taken any Probiotics before! I suffer from chronic constipation and no matter what I do, it stays with me. I have to work really hard on my diet and exercise schedule every day to move my bowels the next day.Once I started taking these tablets (I take them empty stomach in the morning), I have noticed that I dont suffer from bloating that much. I usually take a lot of fiber as psyllium husk and natural laxatives like Figs and Prunes every day anyway, and combining those foods with this tablet has relieved me hugely with bloating and also my motion has become much better. I still need to do more exercise to keep it regular and I am hoping after a couple months I wouldnt need these tablets anymore.I only hope that the effect stays once i stop taking them. I will most likely keep rotating these with some other Digestive enzymes so my gut doesnt get used to these.Overall, happy with them while using :)

I have been taking this probiotic over 5 months so far. I can see the difference.Before trying out this product, I have taken several other products (Solga, Garden of life, Nutracraft, Swansom..etc) over 4 years, which have not helped me much, although they had mostly 50 billion CFU.I can clearly see the difference when I go to toilet, my stool colour has been better. I don't have problems related to constipation nor diarrhea with this product.I have been suffering from IBS (irritable vowel syndrome) and I feel better with this product, I don't have much pain on my intestine any more.I did not have any uncomfortable stomach either ( i have sensitive stomach so I am extra careful to choose the right one for me ).I have a gluten sensitivity. This is Gluten free and 100 percent natural so I am very please with this product. I can rely on the quality.I think I have tried different brands so far, It is better to find the one which works the best. In my case, I have got some benefits from this product, I will keep taking this product for my health.

I am very happy with these. I just recently finished an antibiotic course which really messed up my digestive system. I was feeling sick to my stomach and had some minor diarrhoea. I would have preferred to take probiotics alongside the antibiotics but it was only a three day course so I didn’t really have chance to order them in time.For the first few days taking these I struggled to find the right time to take them. The instructions say to take on an empty stomach which for most people would be first thing in the morning but I have to take a pill cocktail for various conditions with food so as not to damage my stomach lining, and I found taking the probiotic later in the day with food contributed towards my stomach being upset. That said, it did clear up the minor diarrhoea and make my stools go back to normal which I was very happy with.Eventually I settled on taking them last thing at night as I don’t eat much in the evening and I figured my stomach would be empty whilst I was asleep. I noticed the difference instantly the next day. No more feeling sick, no more cramps, no more indigestion. Like magic.So these are definitely best taken on an empty stomach, and they have definitely made my digestive system go back to normal. I will probably only be taking them short term, that is once I’ve finished the 30 day bottle I won’t buy more. But if I have to take antibiotics again or have any other reason to take probiotics, I will definitely be back to buy these!

Having successfully introduced Naturelo's supplements for my sons, I decided to try their probiotic and vitamin B complex for myself and my husband. A couple of years ago, I started having digestive problems (similar symptoms to IBS) that, for once, couldn't be corrected by simply changing my diet. Optibac High Strength was recommended to me and I found that very helpful and had been using it daily since then.However, I recently discovered that Naturelo do a high strength probiotic that doesn't need to be refrigerated and wanted to try it for a change. Within a day, it made a big difference to my digestion, so much so that I've switched to Naturelo and have bought the next bottle. I'm grateful to Optibac for the benefits it gave me but I've now permanently switched to Naturelo's products because, as a broader range but still high strength supplement, it seems to have a much more beneficial effect.

Not entirely sure about this product. I took two one day and it awoke me in the night. I cut back to one a day and I do not know what effect it is having on me to be honest? I have noticed I have gone for more regular number twos...But that could be from good diet and exercise?
