Doesn’t work

Took for ever to arrive. Didnt work at all.Return information took forever. Just threw it away.

First one was missing the right side audio entirely, and case was damaged.Second one sounds okay, but is constantly cutting out on Bluetooth, even though my phone has no issues with any other Bluetooth devices.

Great quality..works fantastic!
