What can I say, it's msg. Medium sized crystals, makes many dishes better. Dispenses a little poorly on the small side but the container alone is nice to have. Certainly an absurd amount, the correct amount. Great value.

Smaller granules would be nice.
I would prefer smaller pieces so it can be sprinkled evenly in a seasoning blend. When dissolved in recipes it’s not an issue.
