Riceland Long Grain White Rice 6 LB bags

I have never been much of a rice fan - - could take it our leave it, but this one has me hooked! The flavor is Delicious, the way it smells when it is cooking is mouth-watering. Now I actually crave this...One of the things I do with this is something my mom would make to feed all 8 of us kids:She would make rice, leave it overnight, then take about 3 T. of margarine (butter was way too expensive) and melt it into a large frying pan. She would add the rice and saute it a bit, then add a can of Joan of Arc kidney beans and heat it all through.It was DELICIOUS! I love this rice brand and find it more flavorful than any other brand. YUMM!!!!

I used this to make saffron rice last night and it turned out perfectly - very fluffy and flavorful. Great price for the quality, will buy again.

What can you say about rice? I ordered this for my two dogs, who were having diarrhea.But now there's enough left for me. I added some to chicken soup and it was yum. I haven't been going out much so it was nice to have this delivered by Amazon.

I normally use instant rice but ordered at time rice was hard to find. This is good rice. We like rice and enjoy this. We gave several bags away to people in need.

One out of the six bags was ripped and I have spilled rice all over.

I could have easily bought small 1# bags of rice at my local grocery store. I had hoped to get larger bags. Guess it is okay. The rice is fine. I buy this brand regularly.

You need to cook it a little bit longer and with a little extra water if using a rice cooker. It plumps nicely and has a pleasant flavor, which sort of reminds me of Almonds.
