Gag gift to my favorite diner owner

Handy flipper
Nice size, well made. Feels substantial in your hand, not light and flimsy. Edges are tapered, but not sharp like a knife, which is good. Can still use as a knife with a bit of finesse and force if need be.

These are easy to clean, but to wooden handles are starting look worn.

Great for cast iron
I don't like using plastic utensils on cast iron so I wanted a nice metal spatula for things like burgers. This was a great value. The shorter square spatula would be great for a griddle as it has nice edges you could use for chopping, and the rounded spatula is large enough to get under large food but still small enough to be easy to handle.Metal is nice and thick but thin enough to get under things. Handles feel good. Rivets are solid with no play in the wood. Finish is smooth with no rough edges on handle or blades.I can't imagine these ever breaking since there's no moving parts or joints to fail. It's literally a bent piece of metal with two pieces of wood riveted on. Even if the wood handles fall off you could still use these just fine.

Short spatula is handy.
I needed new spatula.. This round end long unit works well. Sturdy. Short spatula is handy for scrape the griddle I use at home and RV camping. I use a mill file on these to keep the edge sharp. Good value

It's worth the money you paid for.
High quality well made. You will not be disappointed with this spatula set. Yes, you do need the scrapper if you are using the spatula on a griddle top. highly recommended.
