It does what it's supposed to, charge my phone. I have a few different external batteries in various shapes and sizes but this is the most convenient and portable when I'm on the go. I keep a 4 inch cable with it and I can easily charge my phone with this all in my pocket so that I'm never away from my phone. I've always liked the idea of battery cases better but they affect my reception, and in places I already have mediocre reception having a battery case leaves me with almost no reception. I wish it had a battery meter of some kind, even if it only told you full half and empty so you could judge if you need to charge it overnight or not, but for the price I can live without it.

Shipping was unexpectedly swift. After charging, I gave this to my girlfriend to keep in her purse for her iPhone 5s. It's a very basic charger, with little options, but performs quite well. The included carrying case is an added plus. Great charger for the price, perfect if you're looking for something small, that will keep your phone's charged on the go.

I thought purchasing one of these back up batteries with a higher mAh rating would hold a higher charge longer. It worked great for a few months and then lost it's ability to hold a charge. I bought several but now will look for a battery that will last longer than a few months. Threw it away. Was not a good value.

This is far and above the best portable phone charger I have ever bought. The carrying bag makes it easy to carry both the battery and a small cable. The output is 1.5 amps and charges my S3 very quickly. Has enough juice to charge my S3 and then some. I even bought one for my girlfriend since her phone is always dying out at bars. Small form factor is a huge plus. Spend the money and get this charger.

WORKS GREAT

Got a pile of these for a big chaperoning trip. We relied big time on these (needed them every day) and they performed really well - more than a full charge for iPhones 5 and 6.I can't speak to longevity since I have only had them for a couple of weeks, but they got us through last week and that's priceless enough.

Pretty decent charger. It works well and I like that it comes with a little case to carry it around. No complaints here! I typically can recharge my phone once with it, unless I am using my phone while it is charging, then it may not charge all the way. Either way though it is enough to get me through the day!

Bought this for my daughter so that she could have backup charging power for her phone. The second time she used it, the micro-US port broke and fell into the device, rendering it useless. Threw it in the garbage and ordered an Anker lipstick charger. Much better quality.
