I have had this carrier for over a month and have transported my knives several times with it. The canvas is holding up well and I have not noticed any decrease in the quality of my knives due to transportation. I have plenty of spots for my knives and other kitchen devices I transport in this. I was initially worried that the handle of my chef's knife was too large, but it fits well. My only concern with the carrier is that the leather straps that hold the pouch together do not seem very durable. The leather is very soft and of low to medium quality. I feel like I could tear it if I over tightend the pouch. This works well for my purposes, as I don't transport my knives every day. I would recommend this for people who are looking for a product at a reasonable price and will have low to moderate transport needs.

I have used this knife roll while working in 2 different kitchens and have a very mixed opinion on it. It is certainly quality and more or less exactly what I wanted at the time I ordered it. Real life experience has made me long for something better however. The roll being too small to fit a honing iron for a longer chefs knife left me at the will of coworkers who had room for such things which often lead to me going without and making due with less effective equipment. Further, the unsecured ends of the roll often resulted in knifes falling out if I was moving at faster than walking pace. I have dropped knives onto asphalt dozens of times because of this bag. If I was using Japanese or Damascus steel knives instead of the more durable German steel I am confident I would have had multiple shattered blades or broken tips. I cannot recommend this bag purely for this reason. My tools should empower, not limit me.

It’s great but it’s not big enough to hold most steels so it’s kinda odd. But I like the look old it.

Christmas gift for my son who is a chef. Loves it, to carry his knives to and from work.

This is the best knife roll I have ever had

Honestly, its not the worst but its not designed for chefs, loved the pocket but its too painful to open both the lockets and the roll itself.

Overall a very nice personal knife bag, love the feel of it, it is a lil small for some of the knifes I have but a very nice looking bag

Got this as a gift for my sous, he loves it.It's not heirloom quality, but you'll feel good slapping that bag down in the kitchen during any stage!
