Ok for price
The steel is high quality and hard; 5 stars for quality of the steel in the blade. But design and manufacturing could be improved. The handle is very heavy. The pins and wood inlay are not flush with the metal in the handle. The pins can be felt as distinct bumps and the wood inlay is lower than the metal. The contour of the handle could be improved for greater comfort in the hand - it is too angular and needs to be rounded more. The angle of the cutting edge does not take best advantage of the quality of the steel - it could use a narrower angle for more sharpness.

Holds up well as a professional bartending knife.
Stays sharp, great fruit fork. I'm a professional bartender and it holds up in that setting. Lots of use, every day, and every day I'm glad I got my own knife because the ones at work suck.

Blade chipped
Pretty decent and sharp knife. Dropped and a chip came off the blade (see pic). I have never seen a knife act so brittle. Buyer beware.

Mu favorite bar knife
Super sharp with extra split feature at the tip of the knife. Useful for making drinks. Very solid quality feel. Highly recommend for your bar.
