Pretty good, I am a traceur and I really need a pads to protect myself. I bought 3 items from this brand, actually they are very awesome for me.The pads is pretty light and it dose not impact me while i am running.

Works as designed.
They work Great.I use to fall on my eBoard at least once a week.I think I would have broken something without these elbow pads.

Didn't work for me while mountain biking
Did not provide adequate protection when used for mountain biking. Slide right up my arm and I got a nasty elbow scrape. Spend more $$$ and get something more durable.

Great protection for the knees!
I practice mtb and needed some elbow protection. This is exactly what I wanted. Although it is a light protection ,it doesn't compromise the flexibility of your arms. If you do some extreme mtb, this isn't the appropriate protection for you. Use the chart provided , to pick a size.
