Picture is intentionally misleading
I should have read the description, but I feel as though the picture is intentionally misleading. You are purchasing one bottle, not the box of bottles that are in the picture. I'm sure this is done on purpose and that's why it isn't eligible for returns. Hopefully this helps someone from getting misled

Empty bottle
Received the item, seal was not broken yet it was empty. The packaging was great and did not spill into package, literally received an empty bottle.

Deceiving advertisement! In the photographs of the product clearly show that it is a 12 pack not a single bottle. $13 for a single bottle is a deceiving advertising to take advantage of the customer! This purchase is not returnable so I am stock with it. Never again!
