The plastic tube that goes in the water bottle is too long for the standard 5 gallon water bottle. It gets twisted and the pump doesnt function properly. The unit also has a charging problem and will require to be charged constantly. The charging indicator didnt work and it stopped charging on the second day.Only reason im not returning is because i decided to cut the tube to make it fit suitably in the bottle.
