I started using panax ginseng a week ago and I felt an immediate boost of energy. now some could suggest that it was a placebo effect, which would be a fair assumption. however after doing a little research it actually can have such immediate affects so it is plausible. in terms of negative side effects I have felt none. funny side note I hit a PR in the gym after using for 3 days not saying its correlated but it did happen.should you buy it?I would say try it, but as with all supplements there is no miracle supplement.the reason for the 4 star isn’t a reflection on the quality of the product, more just the unknown long term effects for me personally and can I justify the cost.

no idea if helping - i still get cold hands and feet, on a good supplement im a walking furnace.Ill take the rest and see how i go, but nothing to report as yet

I bought this because I read somewhere that ginseng does the same thing for nerodivergent people as coffee does for nerotypical people and oh my goodness me, my partner and our friend were bouncing off the walls so if you are looking for something to help with energy levels I 100% recommend
