Good product. I like the 10% it more gentle.

I have very sensitive skin and usually after one or two uses can tell if a product will work for me or not. I am so sensitive I cannot even use the Vitamin C serum from a brand that is well known for products for sensitive skin. I have not had a reaction to this product which is fantastic, as this is the first Vitamin C product I can tolerate. It is not sticky, no residue or overly shiny appearance. My face was smooth and it felt like I was not wearing anything at all. I have been able to layer this with another serum from another company for another concern and it worked well. The smell- I was warned that any good Vitamin C serum is going to smell like "hot dog water" by a dermatologist, and while I am not sure its quite that smell, it does have a slight odor, but its not offensive. No fragrance other than this natural product odor. It was clear and not oxidized which many have said. I have had nothing but good results already that I think this is going to be my go to Vitamin C from now on. I normally do not wear makeup, but I even received two compliments since wearing this ( without any makeup) at work which has never happened. It is already providing me positive results.

This product seems to be gentle enough on sensitive skin, but the watery consistency along with the push despenser makes it difficult to determine how much you are dispensing (instructions are for 2-3 drops). It also has an unpleasant smell, although it does dissipate after a minute or 2

I have used different vitamin C serums, and some are much more expensive. But I gotta say Timeless VC serum did surprise me. First, it does not feel greasy/oily/sticky on your face. After you apply it, it gets absorbed fast and your skin feels fresh and light. Second, it does not interact with any other lotions you will put on top of it. Because it is so light and absorbent, it won't conflict with the products later on. Lastly, as we all know, Vitamin C is not very stable and you better use it up right away while it is fresh. I like the idea of Timeless that they only sell what they produce very recently so that it is always very freshly made. I like the effects of this product, I use it every morning and have used it up for 3 months approximately, I think my skin tone got brighter. I will deff buy it again.

This product came highly recommended for this vitamin c 10% from a YouTuber, No BS Beauty. I tried it but it stung my face really bad. Its texture is like water and looks & smells like oranges. It’s too strong for me. I’m going to try something else. I know it’s this product that is irritating my skin bec I didn’t mix it with other products.

I bought this serum based on the recommendation of a Dermatologist on Youtube. I saw in reviews that it would smell like hotdog water, so I thought I was prepared. It smells like you fried spam and are rubbing the pan drippings on your face (The smell is finally fading from my hands over an hour later). It seems that most people don't have burning upon application, but my face burned and turned bright red for over half an hour. I've used Vitamin C serums in the past that irritated my skin, but none that burned this bad. If you have sensitive skin, I would suggest doing a patch test first. I'd also like to say that the consistency is extremely watery, not a serum texture at all. I'll be passing this on to someone with less sensitive skin.
