serves many purposes
Taste great , arrived on time and not all stuck together like other gummies that I have ordered in the past .Well , I think my energy level is higher since I have been taking them ( 3weeks)

Absorbtion of NAD is low
This supplement contains some good Vitamins. They contain the recommended daily dose for K2 and biotin, and a nice amount of collagen peptides, although the source for the collagen( bovine, marine etc.) isn’t listed. There isn’t very much D3, and I don’t know much about reversatrol. But in general, the contents are good.The two gummy serving only contains 1 g of sugar, which I really like, although they don’t taste like candy. They’re nice and chewy and will be easy to eat.But the big issue, why I only gave them three * in spite of the good things I’ve mentioned, is the main ingredient NAD. I looked at the online research, and it appears that taking NAD directly is not very effective. Even though the supplement contains the same substance that is in our body, NAD, when you take it orally, it’s not absorbed. All the experiments that I could find said that we should be taking precursors to NAD, that means other forms that cause our bodies to produce its own NAD.Several studies mentioned nicotinamide riboside (NR) and nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) as effective precursors.I don’t know if this is a problem with labeling or not. Perhaps the company put on the label that it contains NAD, but it actually contains one of these precursors. If I can figure out what it actually contains, then I will increase the rating.

Grate flavor
The media could not be loaded. I love these!! Been using for a couple weeks and already notice my hair and nails are stronger and longer and I feel energized for longer

Works but price increased!!!
I had taken 3 bottles so far, seen some improvement in my hair growth…but, why is it they desired to increase the price +$10…is this made out of eggs? Ridiculous
